Bharti Sharma:
Bharti Sharma is Professor in the Faculty of Education at Jamia Millia Islamia.
She also serves as Honorary Director of the Centre for Jawaharlal Nehru Studies (CJNS).
Dr. Sharma is Editor of History & Sociology of South Asia (SAGE).
She has published extensively in reputed international journals.
Her book Women with Intellectual Disabilities (2025) highlights inclusive academic discourse.
She is widely invited as a keynote speaker and panellist at academic forums.
Prof. Prakash Chand Kandpal
Prakash Chand Kandpal is a noted scholar at Jawaharlal Nehru University specializing in public policy and environmental studies.
He was appointed as the inaugural ICCR Visiting Professor Chair at the University of Southampton.
Prof. Kandpal has authored five books, including Environmental Governance in India (2018).
He has published widely in reputed international journals.
He is also recognized as a reviewer, academic expert, and policy contributor.
He frequently delivers lectures at national and international conferences.

Manoj Barthwal is a distinguished leader in human resource management and organizational strategy.
He served as Executive Director at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, contributing significantly to HR policy and institutional development.
He currently serves as the Governor’s nominee on the Board of University of Petroleum and Energy Studies.
Shri Barthwal is known for his expertise in leadership, negotiation, communication, and administration.
He is also an accomplished international trainer in leadership development and capacity building.
His work continues to contribute to governance, institutional growth, and strategic HR management.
Major General Gulab Singh Rawat,
AVSM, YSM, SM (Veteran):
Gulab Singh Rawat, AVSM, YSM, SM (Veteran), is a highly decorated military leader with over 37 years of service.
He has served in challenging operational areas including Sri Lanka, Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, Punjab, and Congo.
Major General Rawat is recognized for his expertise in combat leadership, governance, logistics, and human resource management.
He has successfully led large-scale operations and managed over 50,000 personnel during his career.
He also served as CEO of a logistics company, contributing to supply chain and strategic management.
He actively mentors youth, supports ex-servicemen welfare, and promotes education and skill development in Uttarakhand.

Sandeep Kumar Dubey is a distinguished legal professional, certified mediator, and social leader.
He practices in the Supreme Court of India and is known for his balanced approach to justice and public service.
Shri Dubey actively participates in public discourse as a speaker and television panellist on governance and cultural issues.
He is the Founder and Chairman of the Chhathi Maiya Foundation.
Through the foundation, he promotes cultural heritage, social welfare, and community empowerment.
His work reflects a strong commitment to constitutional values, cultural preservation, and social responsibility.
Shri Jatin Singh Bisht

Jatin Singh Bisht is a former Indian professional footballer known for his role as an attacking midfielder.
He played in the National Football League, I-League, and I-League 2nd Division.
During his career, he represented clubs including East Bengal, Salgaocar, Mahindra United, Mohammedan F.C., and ONGC.
He also represented the Indian national team in FIFA competitions and international tours.
Shri Bisht participated in the 2003 Pre-Olympic Qualifiers and 2006 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
An AIFF-certified ‘B’ Licence coach, he is now dedicated to mentoring young football talent in India.
